Celebrity workouts can be a very obvious solution for a good workout session than you might have thought. Now, what makes you ask why? Well, it is simple. The rich and famous have access to the best resources. By resources, we mean the financial freedom to hire some of the best personal fitness coaches and workout plans.
It is no surprise that many of these public figures have some of the strongest physiques. They have access to the best fitness coaches who can provide them with the best workout routine, correct their posture during exercise, and even boost their motivation when they don’t seem to have it. Talk about accountability.
While we can’t provide you with the personal trainer service, we can at least give you some of the most popular celebrity workouts you can try yourself. Working with a trainer is always a great idea.
However, since not all of us can afford it with the rising cost of living, we suggest you try one of these celebrity workouts. They’re a good start.
Before we proceed, let us just say that you don’t have to replicate what they’re doing. Every body type is different. The type of workout they enjoy doing might not be the same with you.
So go ahead and try one of the workouts of Kate Middleton, Kourtney Kardashian, Jessica Alba, Ellie Goulding, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, and many others.
Victoria Beckham’s Olympic Weightlifting Routine
Fun fact: The former Spice Girl turned fashion icon Victoria Beckham has moved from cardio-based exercises to Olympic weightlifting exercises. Although she enjoys hiking in her free time, weightlifting is her primary exercise routine during the weekdays.

Apparently, Victoria Beckham realized that her previous exercises were not effective because they had plateaued. Despite spending over 90 minutes per day in the gym, her exercises were only maintaining her fitness level but not improving it.
She wanted something more challenging but effective in her exercise routine. As a result of this new exercise routine, Victoria can now spend less time in the gym while achieving better results.
How you can do this exercise at home: The exercise requires 35-90 minutes of time.
The workout: Olympic weightlifting is an organized type of exercise that incorporates exercises like the snatch and the clean lift. Therefore, before you can attempt this exercise at home, you need to be instructed in the gym by an instructor.
Health Editor review: “I’m a fan of Olympic weightlifting and really enjoyed trying this exercise routine. I found Olympic weightlifting to be an efficient way to get a full-body workout in under an hour while also building lean muscle mass if you stick to the routine and make progressive gains over time. Also, you get to learn something new while getting fit.”

In addition to this, People magazine states that J.Lo has been a client of Tracy Anderson. She has been working out four to five times a week. The duration of the workout has ranged from 30 minutes to an hour.
“She’s highly trained in picking up choreography, and she’s incredibly coordinated, so she can pick up things very quickly. She likes to be challenged, but she’s very aware of her body. Sometimes she’ll instantly know a move isn’t right for her, and we’ll adjust.”

Beyonce’s HIIT and Weights Hybrid
Beyonce is reportedly a fan of circuit training, using a combination of weight training and HIIT. Resistance training is known to be beneficial for building strength and aiding in muscle development, making it a suitable choice for building overall fitness and performance capacity.
She reportedly works out with a nutritionist and performance trainer, Marco Borges, according to reports from Insider. She maintains a high level of fitness in preparation for the physical demands of her global tours.
Try it at Home: Like J Lo, Beyonce reportedly makes time for her workout routine despite her busy schedule, training for as long as time allows. Try this circuit training for three to four rounds, depending on your ability, with adequate rest in between like in a standard training session.
The Workout Routine: Her weekly training session reportedly includes a range of activities such as the following, according to a 2015 report from Glamour Magazine:
- 8 to 10 explosive push ups
- 8 to 10 rounds of 30-second sprints at around an eight out of ten-effort level
- 8 to 10 kettlebell squat and presses
- 8 to 10 single leg step ups

Make sure you allow time at the end of your workout for stretching. As a celebrity vegan, Beyonce also adds a post-workout routine of a plant-based protein shake at the end of her workout session.
Health editor’s verdict: “To be honest, I used to love HIIT workouts but they’ve taken their toll on my energy levels – and my knees – over the years. So, I avoid these and go for something a bit easier. This workout is great if you’re short on time and want maximum fat burn. Want to build muscle instead? Then try one of the strength training workouts above!”

Margot Robbie’s Pilates
Maybe you don’t really enjoy weight training or fast-paced circuit training? Well, there is another form of training that you can try, and this is based on Pilates.
This form of training is based on slow and gradual movements, and you can really benefit from this form of training even though you might not really feel like you are getting a good workout because you aren’t getting breathless.
Margot Robbie is known for being someone who finds balance in her training and her life in general. In an interview with The Telegraph, Robbie said: “I walk the line between having as much fun as possible and continuing to take care of myself. Eating well and exercise need to be prevalent in my life so that I can feel my best, but I don’t want to dwell on it too much.”
Try it at home: Her go-to form is Reformer Pilates, which calls for access to a Pilates studio.
The workout: If you cannot make it to a Pilates class in a studio, mat Pilates is a good substitute. Trainer Lottie Murphy has posted videos online. You can try Pilates at home through the FIIT app.
Health Editor’s review: “Reformer Pilates was completely new to me when I first tried it out, but I loved how quickly – and subtly – you could build core and glute strength. My arms looked amazing and I totally fell in love with the slow-but-steady burn the class offers. Definitely recommend it!”
